I have been coming to Integrative Sports and Wellness and love it. I have seen everyone from spine surgeons, physical therapists, and other muscle specialists and none of them have really been able to help me or lead me in the right direction. In just the few first weeks i went here my activity level completely changed and I can now play golf again pain free the way that i have always wanted to. I can play 18 holes now when i could only play 12-13 holes before my back completely gave out. I love the Kinesio Tape that Dr. Russ puts on my back. In fact that first week I was able to play 36 holes in 2 days and my back was barely even sore after my round. Treatments are definitely helping me! I look forward to the rest of my treatment plan. Dr. Jepson joins advanced health professionals who fill the growing need to assist patients and athletes of all kinds experiencing musculoskeletal impairments, muscle imbalances or rehabilitation concerns. 

Dr. Jepson's training & clinical experience allow him to provide cutting-edge, scientifically-valid injury treatment  & corrective exercise techniques using an integrative therapeutic approach.  

This approach provides the solutions for injury recovery, prevention and optimal athletic performance. He realizes that we are not all gifted with the ability to be world-class athletes, but  we do all have the ability to achieve more in our lives and become more active.  

His goals are to teach people that their true health really starts at the simple foundation of Eating, Moving, and Thinking Well. He loves to educate people about the benefits of chiropractic and nutrition and how they can live a pain-free lifestyle and to reach their optimum health potential naturally.  

Dr. Jepson graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. He has also finished two bachelor degrees in Anatomy and in Health and Wellness.  He majored in Health and Exercise Kinesiology while attending the University of Utah prior to chiropractic school. He also travels the whole state of Texas as a Designated Doctor for assignements given by the Texas Workers Comp Division.

He, his wife Megan, and their four children love being in this beautiful city and to be positive contributors to the community. He coaches in the community as a basketball and baseball coach. He was very involved in athletics growing up, playing basketball, baseball, and golf. Chiropractic was very instrumental in his success as an athlete and continues to be a vital part of how he functions daily. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, golfing, boating, wakeboarding, cycling, running, competing in triathlons, playing basketball, and coaching his kids.
