foods. It is a cheap, artificial sweetner many companies use to enhance

Trans
Fats - Trans fats are very common in processed foods and
also increase the shelf life. Trans fats can be recognized in products
by looking for "partially hydrogenated vegetable (corn, soy) oil in the
ingredients list. Be aware that the FDA allows companies to
advertise "0 grams trans fats" as long as the amount in 1 serving size
is under 0.5 grams.
These two
additives have been proven to cause heart disease, diabetes, cancer, ahlzeimer's disease, obesity, liver dysfunction and infertility.
You should avoid:
